Nancy Brogden Booker Collaborative Pianist Award

DESCRIPTION
$1,000 award for an affiliated member of Mu Phi Epsilon who has demonstrated facility and continued activity as an accompanist for soloists, choral groups, dancers, or others dependent upon keyboard artists for rehearsals and performances.

REQUIREMENTS
Required Materials Checklist:
  1. Current resume, including Mu Phi Epsilon participation
  2. Two current letters of recommendation
  3. Most recent unofficial college transcript
  4. High-quality recording 15-20 minutes in length, including at least two contrasting works. Submission must be via links to YouTube or other comparable sites provided to the online application system (YouTube preferred, no Dropbox). Recordings in the Scholarship Application process must not be older than two years from the date of application.
  5. List of the recorded repertoire with the following information:
    1.  Exact titles, opus numbers
    2. Composers’ names
    3. Timings
  6. $25 Application Fee
Please note that there will be no return of application fee for incomplete and disqualified applications.
